1818 Grabbed worms with arm. Put in ARTIE chamber #3, closed and pumped RNA Later. There were 3–4 worms in chamber #3. We were not sure if the RNA Later was pumped properly. It couldn’t be seen clearly from the release valve.

1829 Tried to deploy Shank HOBO. Not successful. The temperature was too low. Then decided to move and find a new spot.

1836 Deployed Shank HOBO: X, Y 4421, 78799, Heading 040, Depth 2,503 meters.

1837 Left Q-Vent and headed to Tica. Scanned check electrode #1 and #2 on the way to Tica.

1934 Set position to recover ASU unit.

1942 On the top of the ASU unit, ElectroChem scans with electrodes #1 and #2 for Sipper sample #10. Sipper temperature probe read 16–45°C. Fired Sipper #10, 81°C.

1950 Recovered the ASU unit and accidentally dropped it.

1951 At the scar, ElectroChem scans with electrodes #1 and #2 for Sipper sample #11. Sipper temperature probe read 57°C

1955 Fired Sipper #11, 80–87°C.

2011 Went closer to the bottom and found the ASU unit. Put the unit in the front box of large biobox and left the site, headed off-axis.

2020 Recovered Cavanaugh off-axis Fries (#43, 44) and put them into the rear chamber of large biobox.

2022 Left Tica and headed to Bio-9.

2030 Arrived Bio-9 X, Y 4747, 78176, Heading 000, Depth 2,504 meters.

2034 Recovered Cavanaugh Fries #49, #48 and put them in small biobox.

2039 Recovered Cavanaugh Fries #47, #50 and put them in middle chamber of large biobox.

2053 Left the site, 2,511 meters and dropped the weight.
